Fall River: Police arrest four following drug & gun seizure

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – This Wednesday, Fall River Police placed four people under arrest after a warrant lead to a home search, where Officers found a missing firearm, 2 pounds of suspected marijuana, 5 grams of suspected cocaine, and 3.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine.

Police arrived to the apartment on County Street in Fall River, performing a warrant search based on another investigation from Fall River Police Vice Intelligence with help from Metro-Boston Gang Task Force. Upon entry, the occupants were secured, and the house was searched.

A Glock model 17 pistol was found, though no one on residence owned the firearm. It was later determined the gun was stolen out of Virginia in 2015.

As a result of the investigation, four people were placed under arrest:

Twenty-one-year-old Nicholas Frizado was arrested for possession of a firearm, Possession of ammunition without an FID, Possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug, and possession of stolen property under $1200.

Twenty-year-old Jay Johnson & Makenze Frizado were arrested for Possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug.

An unnamed seventeen-year-old Juvenile has also been connected to this investigation, and charged with Possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug, and Possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug.

 

This investigation is ongoing.
