Fall River Police arrest suspects after infant overdoses on fentanyl

FALL RIVER, M.A. (WLNE) – Fall River Police announce that without incident they have found and arrested Kevin Baker and Lynne Servant.

The two individuals are accused of permitting an injury to a child,  related to an incident in which an 11-month-old overdosed on fentanyl.

Captain Daniel Dube of the Fall River Police Department said the child is listed in stable condition.

Police say the investigation is still ongoing and the department will not be commenting on the case.
