Fall River police seek two suspects after infant overdoses on fentanyl

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE)- Fall River police are seeking two individuals accused of permitting an injury to a child,  related to an incident in which an 11-month-old overdosed on fentanyl.

The child is listed in stable condition, Captain Daniel Dube of the Fall River Police Department said.

Kevin Baker, 39, and Lynne Servant, 35, are both residents of Fall River, police said.

A warrant has been issued that charges Baker and Servant with one charge of Permit Injury to a Child, Dube said.
