Fall River Police seeking to identify robbery suspect

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – Police are seeking the help of the public to identify the suspect in a bank robbery Tuesday afternoon in Fall River.
Fall River Police responded to the Bay Coast Bank on Robeson Street around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday to investigate reports of an unarmed robbery.
Officers on scene were told that an individual entered the bank with a covered face and sunglasses, approached a teller window, held a note to the window and demanded money.
The teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25-30 years old, and standing around 5’8” in height. The suspect was seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and dark sunglasses and gloves.
