FALL RIVER, MASS. — A Fall River woman who is being charged with stealing from the elderly lady she provided care for is due back in court Tuesday.

Kathleen King pled not guilty to stealing more than $120,000 from the woman’s checking and saving accounts in 2013.

District Attorney Thomas Quinn said King had been using the 95-year-old’s money on personal expenses.

King denied these accusations saying she was helping care and clean for the woman.
