Fire breaks out at a home in Lincoln Saturday night

LINCOLN, R.I. (WLNE) – Around 10:00 p.m. Saturday night a house fire broke out on Branch Avenue in Lincoln.

Saylesville Fire Chief, Robert Fisher tells ABC 6 News, the occupants of the home, two adults and four children were able to safely make their way out with no injuries. They family was assisted by the Red Cross.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by the R.I. State Fire Marshal’s Office and the Lincoln Police Department.
