Firearms, ammunitions, books on how to become a serial killer, and books on the manufacturing of methamphetamine were among items removed from a home on Richard street in Dartmouth after an hours long stand off.

Police arrived at the resident of 36-year-old Kevin Pacheco after he allegedly sent threatening emails to faculty and administrators at Roger Williams Law School. The school said Pacheco is a former student.

When police arrived they say they became aware that Pacheco was in possession of firearms. After several hours, Pacheco surrender peacefully.

Pacheco is expected to face charges in Bristol and Dartmouth after he undergoes a mental health evaluation.
