Four arrested after police seized narcotics and a firearm, One on warrant

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I (WLNE) – Five were arrested after members of the Central Falls Police Department Special Investigative Unit (SIU) executed several search warrants over last week, seizing various amounts of narcotics, U.S currency, and a firearm.
According to the Central Falls Police Department, the investigation focused on several unconnected nuisance locations where members of the SIU discovered that the targets of their investigation were manufacturing and distributing narcotics.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with Manufacturing with Intent to Deliver Schedule I/II, Possession of Schedule I/V; Controlled Substance Conspiracy; Distribution of a Controlled Substance near a School Zone; and Maintaining a Common Nuisance: 25-year-old Albert Brown, and 60-year-old John Davis.
36-year-old Maurice Brown was arrested and charged with Manufacturing with Intent to Deliver I/II; Possession of Schedule I/V; and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
19-year-old Andre Pedigo was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana- 1st Offense; License or Permit Required for Carrying Pistol and Alter of marks of Identification on a Firearm
Police say, Additionally, 25-year-old Elizabeth Whipple was arrested on an Attleboro Massachusetts warrant and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
All five subjects were held overnight at police headquarters and arraigned at 6th District Court in Providence.
