Jamestown Police responded to reports of a loud party at a Bay View Drive home early Sunday morning, where they say they found many drunk underage people.

Police received a call at midnight and at first check, couldn’t locate the source of the complaint.

An hour later, officers checked the neighborhood again and found a drunk juvenile male in the road who had just left 37 Bay View Drive.

Upon arriving at that home, officers found 56-year-old Christine Ferguson at the side door and saw a large gathering of underage people inside, along with a significant amount of alcohol.

Ferguson left HealthSource RI earlier this year.

Police say Ferguson denied any knowledge of a party.

Police detained several of the juveniles, many of whom were drunk. Others had fled from the home before police were able to detain them.

Police turned the juveniles over to their parents.

Ferguson and her husband, 59-year-old Frederick Glomb, who was also home at the time, were arrested and charged under the social host law for buying alcohol for minors.

Both were arraigned and released. They are scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
