Four indicted in murder of man found buried under Burrillville home

Four people have been indicted in the murder of a man who was found buried underneath a deck in Burrillville.

39-year-old Steven Pietrowicz and 40-year-old Michelle Morin, both of Burrillville, were arrested last May after the body of 60-year-old Domingo Ortiz, of Worcester, was found under a cement slab at there residence at 505 Douglas Pike.

The Attorney General’s office say they have also charged two Pennsylvania residents in the killing.

34-year-old Corey Bickhardt, of Sciota, PA, along with Pietrowicz and Morin, was indicted on with one count of conspiracy, one count of murder, two counts count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of failure to report a death. Pietrowicz and Morin were also charged with one count of conspiracy.

A fourth individual, 39-year-old Denise Walker, of Nazareth, PA, was indicted on one count of failure to report a death.

Pietrowicz and Morin are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Wednesday.

Bickhardt is currently incarcerated in Pennsylvania on unrelated charges and an arrest warrant was issued for Walker.
