A fisherman out of Gloucester, Massachusetts is accused of falsely collecting disability benefits.

Paul Hebert has been indicted on fraud charges after he appeared on the TV show “Wicked Tuna”, working as the captain of his own fishing boat.

Hebert was shown hauling in the catches despite his claims that he was disabled and couldn’t walk or lift anything heavy.

The indictment alleges Hebert took in $44,000 in social security and Medicaid benefits over a 2-year period.
