WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Warwick Police are saying a goat wandered off the job, and ask citizens to be on the lookout.

The missing goat belongs to Goatscaping Company out of Plympton, Mass. and wandered off while working a job somewhere near the southern area of the Warwick Neck, police said in a Facebook post.

According to the post, ‘goatscaping’ is a trending landscaping method using goats to trim landscaping.

The "goat in question" goes by the names Sammy or Frank, and is described as a "small, brown Nigerian goat with one curly horn" and generally "kinda ‘funny looking.’"

He was discovered as missing at a headcount of the goat crew Tuesday morning.

Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of the missing goat to call Warwick Police at 401-468-4200.
