Providence, R.I-  Linda Davis Griffin, owner of Vision Adventures, LLC, pleaded guilty today in federal court to one count of alteration of bankruptcy records.

Davis, 48, of Warwick, appeared before U.S. District Court Chief Judge William E. Smith and admitted to the court that several of the monthly operating reports she provided to officials were altered to make it appear that there was less money in her company’s account than actually existed.

In all, Davis Griffin converted a total of $25,480 of debtor funds for her personal use.

Ms. Davis Griffin is scheduled to be sentenced on July 15, 2016.
