Healthcare Changes Go Into Effect Today

Six months ago President Obama signed a sweeping healthcare reform bill into law.  Several of the key provisions of the bill go into effect today.

Health insurers can no longer deny coverage to children with preexisting conditions or drop a customer who gets sick, and children will be able to stay on their parents' coverage until age 26.
