With the anticipated heavy rainfall, A FLASH FLOOD WATCH has been issued for Rhode Island and parts of SE MA through 11 A.M. Thursday morning.

Expected rainfall of 1-3″ for the area.

A watch means conditions are favorable or flash flooding is possible through early tomorrow morning.
