Here’s where you can get the cheapest gas in Southern New England

PROVIDENCE, RI (WLNE) – The cost to fill your gas tank in Rhode Island is more expensive for some.

The average price for a gallon of regular is still at $3.06. That’s three cents higher than a month ago and 93 cents higher than this time last year.

Travel experts say they expect to see some relief at the pump in the near future.

In Rhode Island Village Gas on Danielson Pike in North Scituate is selling gas for $2.83 a gallon.

The lowest price in Bristol County, Massachusetts is in New Bedford at Hi-Lo Gas on Achushnet Avenue where you’ll pay $2.72 a gallon.
