House catches on fire in South Kingstown

South Kingstown, RI (WLNE) – Firefighters with the Union District of South Kingstown quickly knocked down a fire in a home on Thursday.

The house is on Kersey Street in the Peace Dale neighborhood. Firefighters said the fire was on the second story and in the attic.

No one was hurt. Investigators have not said what caused the fire.
