Humid holiday weekend

The unsettled weather continues on through the holiday weekend as will the high humidity.

Friday will be mostly sunny with afternoon cloudiness and the slightest chance of a shower. The weekend looks to have a bit more cloudiness and a chance of showers through Sunday. Monday and Tuesday look increasingly unsettled with chances of showers and thunderstorms. It will be muggy too. Midweek we will see very summerlike weather with lots of sunshine and high temperatures in the mid to upper-80s.

Note: We are watching the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy nearing Bermuda. It has a chance of redevelopment over the next 48 hours. Should this happen, it will bring up the surf and will increase the risk of rip currents along the beaches. Please check in with your lifeguard on duty at the beaches for the conditions and concerns where you are.
