International Tennis Hall of Fame CEO steps down

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — The International Tennis Hall of Fame CEO is stepping down from his role next year.

The Hall of Fame said Todd Martin’s last day as CEO is Jan. 1.

Martin accepted a new position as head of Tennis for Beemok Capital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

“I came to the ITHF in 2014 because I was drawn to the opportunity to be in service to tennis and create impact on behalf of the sport,” Martin said. “I was inspired by the opportunity to do that through the Hall of Fame, and I remain passionate about the ITHF’s work and the power of history to inspire.”

He’s been the CEO of the International Tennis Hall of Fame since 2014.

The Hall of Fame is creating a search committee to fill the the CEO position.
