Johnston police ask for help locating missing elderly man

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — The Johnston Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating an elderly man who was reported missing.

Police said Richard Paparelli, 74, was reported missing on March 17.

Paparelli does not have a drivers license and does not have any cars registered in his name, authorities said.

He is described as being five-feet and seven inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds.

Authorities said he has brown eyes and brown hair.
