Thousands of 38 Studios documents including more than 60 depositions from high ranking officials including former Governor Don Carcieri are expected to be released mid to late next week. That’s according to a clerk who spoke with reporters following a hearing on Friday morning.

During that hearing, a judge ruled that over 1,000 documents that defendant Wells Fargo wanted to remain sealed can, for now. The judge did say that if a records request is made some of those documents could be made public. Those documents were described in court to be seemingly irrelevant to the 38 Studios case but to hold trade secrets.

Another defendant, Electronic Arts is also is fighting to keep documents sealed. That matter was postponed until next Thursday.

All depositions are due into court Friday.
