JUST IN: 38 Studios document to be released today at 3

Tens of thousands of pages in the lawsuit over the state’s failed $75 million deal with 38 Studios, the video game company started by ex-Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling are going to be released today at 3 p.m.

The documents are expected to reveal more about went on behind the scenes as officials struck the deal.
