FALL RIVER, Mass.- After 50 years serving food and countless memories, the landmark Fall River establishment Lusitano Restaurant and Royal Gardens Banquet Facility is set to close its doors.

While it wasn’t an easy decision, owners Horace and Maria Soares are looking forward to enjoying what life brings them in the future.

The couple hope to sell the business to someone looking to continue its heritage as a restaurant.
