Last man sentenced in killing of 12-year-old girl

The last man to be sentenced in the murder of 12-year-old Aynis Vargas was sentenced Friday.
Luis “Dee Dee” Gonzalez was sentenced to 13 years with 7 1/2 to serve on assault and conspiracy charges.
The rest would be spent on probation.
Gonzales and four other men killed Vargas at a graduation party back in 2013. The shooting was part of gang retaliation.
Gonzalez’s agreed to testify against the other men because of his limited role in the shooting.
