Locals make light of flash floods in Cranston

Cranston police and fire officials were non-stop Monday afternoon after several streets were temporarily closed due to heavy showers that caused flash flooding's.
Phenix ave was about knee deep and some neighbors made light of the flooding by hopping on tubes and splashing around in what looked like a giant pond.
