MADD to hold family bowling event to strike out drunk driving

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Mothers Against Drunk Driving announced they will be hosting a family-friendly bowling event to raise awareness about drunk driving.

The group said the event will be held at East Providence Lanes on March, 25, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Officials with MADD said they will also be raising funds for their community education efforts.

Tickets are $20 per person and include 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and soda.

Participants can also sponsor a lane for 4 bowlers at $100.
