Pawtucket Police have arrested a man for loitering for prostitution at Kennedy Manor polls during Tuesday’s primary.

William Seiler, 30, a city man and volunteer at the polls, offered to perform a sex act on another volunteer.

The victim, a 20-year-old male from Central Falls, called and reported him to police.

Major Arthur Martins confirmed that Seiler told the man to go into a bathroom where he would perform a sex act on the man for $5.

Officers arrested Seiler for soliciting sex for money. He was arraigned on Wednesday at Sixth District Court.
