Man charged with death of niece in fatal car accident

A Westerly man was arrested Friday morning charged in the death of a teenage girl in a motor vehicle accident almost three months ago.
Police say 28-year-old Obdulio Rosado was speeding on 95 South in Hopkinton back in September when he hit another car in the breakdown lane then rolled over several times.
Rosado was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
His passenger 16-year-old Felicia Bolduc died in the crash. Bloduc was Rosado’s niece.
Rosado faces a charge of driving to endanger death resulting. If found guilty he faces up to 10 years in prison and five years suspended driver’s license.
