Man shot in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — A man was shot at a housing development in New Bedford early Wednesday morning.

Police said officers were called to Shawmut Village on Navajo Court for a reported shooting at about 12:30 a.m.

Officers said a man was shot and his injuries are non-life-threatening.

A gun was found on scene.

No arrests were made and the shooting is under investigation.
