Pawtucket Police say after firefighters forced entry into the building on Exchange St., formerly the Gam Theatre building, they found a large marijuana grow inside.

Police were called and the scene was secured.

“More than just a joint shall we say,” one neighbor told ABC6 News. She lives across the street from the building, and said she’s been smelling marijuana for weeks now.

“We were going for walks and that drain.. you could almost smell stuff coming out from the drain but you don’t think anything of it.”
