Massachusetts man indicted in death of parents

Middleboro Homicide

MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — A Massachusetts man has been indicted by a grand jury stemming from the fatal stabbing of his parents in December.

District Attorney Timothy Cruz’s office said Ryan True, 21, was indicted for two counts of murder on Friday. True previously pleaded not guilty to the same charges in district court, the Boston Globe reported.

Police responded to a Middleborough home where True resided with his parents on Dec. 10. They found the bodies of Renee True, 55, and David True, 52.

The case will be moved to a higher court because of the indictments, but a date for an arraignment has not been disclosed.
