Massachusetts police sergeant arrested, placed on leave

HULL, Mass. (WLNE) — Chief John Dunn of the Hull Police Department said one of their sergeants was placed on administrative leave following his arrest in Pembroke.

Chief Dunn said Sgt. Scott Saunders was arrested by Pembroke police after an incident that occurred on July 24. When the department learned of his arrest, they said he was immediately placed on administrative leave and an internal investigation was launched.
