The fate of a Pascoag Fire Captain accused of exposing himself to a co-worker will be decided in an executive session of the fire district board Monday night.

The five commissioners will meet to decide if Captain Adam Lee, 33, should remain on suspended status after he was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a volunteer firefighter and he fiancé on March 27.

Lee has been suspended from the fire department but now the board will decide wether to let Lee return to work as a captain.

It is alleged that Lee was out with a volunteer firefighter and her fiancé, another volunteer firefighter, when they decided to go back to his apartment. At the apartment the female and her fiancé say Lee exposed himself to them.

Lee turned himself in to police after the matter was reported and he was informed there was a warrant for his arrest.

At this time Lee is also named in a sexual harassment lawsuit involving another female firefighter.

On Monday at 7 p.m. the board will meet including the chairman, who resigned but will return as a board member, to discuss the matter.
