A Rhode Island attorney is scheduled to be arraigned in a kickback scheme that reportedly cost the Navy $10 million.

Mary O'Rourke will appear in court on July 9th to face charges including conspiracy and theft of government property.

O'Rourke is described as an associate of Ralph Mariano, who's accused of taking kickbacks in exchange for assisting with naval contracts held by Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow, with offices in Rhode Island and Georgia.

She will plead not guilty.
