New Proposal Would Leave Lobstermen Trapped

A group of biologists recently suggested a five-year ban on catching lobster, because they feel the local stocks are being depleted. This would be the latest in a string of setbacks for the local fishing industry. ABC6 News Reporter John Guice has the story in this 'Voice of the People' report.
