NH woman who was born in RI dies from EEE

A New Hampshire woman, who was born in Rhode Island, has died from Eastern Equine Encephalitis.

Diane Catherine Humphreys, 51, of Conway, lost her battle with EEE Sept 18^th.

Humphreys was born in Cranston and graduated East Providence High School in 1980.

Family members say she loved the outdoors and spent a lot of her time hiking with her husband.

She’ll be laid to rest Saturday in Rhode Island.
