NICU babies at Women and Infants dress up for 1st Halloween

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Nurses at Women and Infants Hospital dressed up babies in its Intensive Care Unit for their first Halloween!

The hospital’s tiniest trick or treaters dressed up as superheroes, lady bugs, pumpkins and pears.

The Halloween costumes were all handmade by moms — part of Project Sweet Peas — who previously had babies in a NICU.

The project helps support other families with premature or sick infants.
