No Serious Injuries in Dighton School Bus Accident
A school bus traveling near the Bristol County Agricultural High School was rear-ended by a pick-up truck leading to 19 kids being checked out at area hospitals.
The accident happened around 2:30PM, just before the Berkley Bridge, near the school.
19 kids were transported to St. Anne's, Charlton, and Morton Hospitals, via 7 different departments, but no serious injuries – only cuts and scrapes- were reported. 4 more students were picked up by their parents.
There were two people in the pick-up who also were uninjured.
No charges have been filed as of yet, and the accident is still under investigation.
