North Kingston resident found with child pornography

            South Kingston resident Anthony S. Partridge, 21, was arrested today for Possession of Child Pornography and Transfer of Child Pornography.

            After State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Crimes Against Children (ICAC) launched an undercover investigation, it was discovered that his internet connection on Sweet Fern Lane in South Kingston was being used to download images of alleged child pornography.

            A person found guilty of Possession of Child Pornography can be fined up to five thousand dollars, imprisoned for up to 5 years, or both. If found guilty of Transfer of Child Pornography, the offender can be fined up to five thousand dollars, imprisoned for 15 years, or both.

            Partridge will be arraigned on the charges today in Fourth Division District Court, McGrath Judicial Complex in Wakefield, RI.
