North Kingstown woman accused in hit-and-run of 2 juveniles to face judge

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — A woman accused of hitting two young people with her car and taking off will face a judge on Friday.

Latoya Rose, 38, is set to be arraigned in Kent County District Court.

Rose is accused of hitting two young people with her car in the area of Devils Foot Road and McConnel Court on July 16.

Both of the young people, only identified as juveniles, were hospitalized.

Rose was initially charged with two counts of duty to stop in accidents resulting in personal injury.
