North Smithfield police investigating body found at local inn

NORTH SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WLNE) — The North Smithfield Police Department said they’re investigating the death of a woman found dead in a local inn.

Authorities said Jennifer Gilmore was found deceased on March 26 at the Hilltop Motor Inn on Eddie Dowling Highway.

Police said their active investigation suggests there is no imminent threat to the community.
