Off-duty Pawtucket police officer accused of shooting teen faces new unrelated charges

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — An off-duty Pawtucket police officer accused of shooting a teenager was back in court Monday facing new unrelated charges.
Daniel Dolan was arrested on Friday for disorderly conduct and vandalism.
He’s accused of grabbing one of his own sons by the neck and throwing him out of the car because they were late for school.
Dolan pled not guilty on Monday.
He was arrested last year after police said he shot at a car in West Greenwich with three teens inside, hitting one of them.
Dolan has been suspended without pay from the Pawtucket Police Department.
