One Killed in Overnight Crash in Attleboro

Massachusetts State Police are investigating after a one-car crash early Monday morning, which killed the driver.

State Police responded around 1:00am Monday to Route 95 South in Attleboro, between exits 2 and 3. Early investigation shows the driver, a 34 year-old man from Mattapan, MA, was driving a 1997 Honda Accord, when the vehicle rolled over.

The victim was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The victim has not yet been identified, and the investigation into the crash continues.

Several lanes on the highway were closed for several hours after the crash.
