One of two kidnapping suspects arrested in Baltimore

One of the two suspects in an armed kidnapping case is behind bars.

Bristol County DA Sam Sutter says 28-year-old Stephanie Walker was found at a motel by Baltimore police Saturday.

The other suspect, 28-year-old Adynew Alves is still on the run.

The pair is accused of taking a 49-year-old woman at gunpoint near Boston last week and forcing her into the trunk of a car.

The victim was able to escape when the suspects pulled over in Taunton.

Walker will be arraigned in Baltimore on a fugitive from justice charge, before returning to Massachusetts to face the kidnapping charges.
