Overnight repairs on I-495 to run through Thursday

MANSFIELD, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said that it will be performing bridge deck and joint repair on Interstate 495 northbound and southbound on the bridge over the Rumford River in Mansfield.

The work will run Monday through Thursday night from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

Temporary traffic changes will be in place but at least one lane will be open at all times.

MassDOT said driver should expect delays and use caution.
