Overnight work to begin Thursday on Route 114A in Seekonk

SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation announced its crews will be doing overnight roadwork on Route 114A between the Rhode Island border just south of Route 6 in Seekonk.

According to officials, the work will begin Thursday, August 17, between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., through the next day.

Traffic will be allowed through the work zone. Police will be assisting with guiding motorists.

Drivers traveling through the area are advised to reduce speed, use caution and expect delays.
