Owner of North Attleborough store accused of setting business on fire

NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — The owner of an Army Navy surplus store in North Attleborough is accused of setting it on fire earlier this month.
G.I. Joe’s Army and Navy store caught fire the night of Aug. 1. It has been closed ever since.
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office said Monday that Vicki Bertelsen faces a charge of burning a building.
An Attleboro District Court judge found Bertelsen to be a danger on Friday.
She was released on $5,000 bail and was ordered to stay away from the store, give up any dangerous weapons, and undergo random alcohol testing and a mental health evaluation.
Bertelsen is set to appear in court on Oct. 27.
