WASHINGTON, D.C. — Every year the president pardons some special turkeys before Thanksgiving, but where do they live after receiving their freedom?

For three years, pardoned turkeys have come to one Virginia park where they are fed and even given veterinary care.

However, the park is now finding it difficult to afford keeping all the birds. As a result, this year, the birds will find a new home at Virginia Tech.
