Parole granted for Alfred Brissette, so-called “Thrill-Killer”

CRANSTON, R.I. – The Rhode Island Parole Board has voted unanimously to uphold a June, 2012 decision to grant Alfred Brissette, the so-called “Thrill-Killer”, parole.

In a statement released to media, Parole Board Administrator Matthew Degnon said “The Board conducted the hearing concerning inmate Alfred Brissette. The Board has voted unanimously to affirm the June 13, 2012 decision to parole Mr. Brissette to an appropriate discharge plan.”

Parole Board Chairman Dr. Kenneth Walker told ABC6 News that Brissette will be released sometime in March, but wouldn't elaborate on Brissette's living arrangements.
