Pascoag Fire Department knocks down shed fire

PASCOAG, R.I. (WLNE) — The Pascoag Fire Department said they responded to a shed fire and a medical call at the same time Tuesday Monday morning.

According to the department, they responded to the shed fire that was only 10 feet away from a home. There was also a report of possible chemicals in the shed.

Authorities said the fire was quickly knocked down and no damage was reported to the nearby home.

Immediately after the shed fire, the department said one of their engines went to assist on a medical call before returning to service.
